What if your body would like to climb trees?

Are you judging your body for the way it would like to move?

Are you trying to force your body to do the same things as everyone else? Go for gym 3 times a week, go for a jog, do stretching… 

Do you sense resistance when you do this? Is it you resisting and being lazy, or is it actually your body telling you that it would like to do something else?

Does your body look the same way as everyone else’s? Yes? NO! So what makes you believe that what works for someone else’s body, would work for yours?

What if you body actually wanted to do cartwheels and climb on trees? Bike really fast between cars? Dance on a beach? 

Do you ask your body?

And do you allow your body the movement it would like?

What if that was the key to creating your body? When you allow your body what it is asking for, it will also give you what you are asking for. 

Start asking your body what kind of movement it would like, when, and how much? With whom? Allow this to be an adventure of creating greater for you, your body and the whole planet!

And start choosing it, and see what occurs. Have fun playing!
